All services are offered on a project-based or scope-based agreement, discussed and finalized before work begins.
Every project starts with a discussion to understand requirements, goals, and expectations
Scope, timeline, and pricing are finalized before payment
Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost
No work begins unless both parties agree on the defined scope.
Payments are requested only after scope confirmation
Invoices are sent via PayPal or Payoneer
Payment terms (full or milestone-based) are communicated clearly before starting
Failure to complete payment may result in project delay or suspension.
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has started
If a project is canceled before work begins, refund eligibility will be reviewed case by case
Completed milestones or delivered work are not refundable
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate project information and assets on time
Reviewing deliverables and giving feedback within a reasonable timeframe
Ensuring content legality (text, images, data, trademarks)
Delays in feedback or assets may affect project timelines.
Ownership of final deliverables is transferred after full payment
Until payment is completed, all work remains the property of Asjad Ali
Asjad Ali reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios unless otherwise agreed
Maintenance or ongoing support is provided only if agreed separately
One-time projects do not include long-term support unless specified
Third-party issues (hosting, plugins, APIs) are not the responsibility of Asjad Ali

Payments are not completed
In such cases, completed work up to that point remains payable.
